What is a
complete breakfast?
You must choose at least 2 food groups to have your meal qualify to be a complete breakfast; but you are welcome to choose up to 3. You may choose from the following:
1 Meat or Protein Item
2 Small serving or 1 large Bread serving
1 juice, fruit or vegetable
Milk
Examples of complete breakfasts:
2 pancakes, syrup
Juice
Milk

One Breakfast Burrito
Peaches
Milk

One Bagel w/ Cream Cheese
An Orange
Milk

What is a complete lunch?
You must choose at least 3 food groups to have your meal qualify for a complete lunch; but you are welcome to choose up to 5. You may choose from the following:
1 serving from the Protein Group (ex. meat, cheese or yogurt entree items)
1 serving or more from the bread group (ex: a hamburger bun, bread on a sandwich, a bagel)
1 or more servings of fruits and or vegetables
Milk

You can choose a complete lunch by selecting:
At Glen Grove, Henking, Hoffman, Lyon, Pleasant Ridge, and Westbrook:
A RED or BLUE special; or any BAG LUNCH EXPRESS lunch; PLUS a trip to the fruit and
vegetable bar where you choose at least one fruit or vegetable, PLUS milk.
At Attea and Springman:
Choose any entree item, entree salad or sandwich ADD at least one fruit, vegetable or juice AND MILK.
