"I cannot live without my "Workout for Women" app. It has all types of workouts from stretching and yoga to cardio and specific body areas. They range from 5 minutes to over half an hour so if I only have a few minutes I can pick something that will work for me. Some of my favorites are the 7 minute wake up stretch or 5 minute morning stretch to help me get up, a 12 minute ab blaster, and a 9 minute bedtime yoga." - Mrs. Dahlquist, HE
