In order to comply with distancing guidelines and limitations on the number of people allowed in one space, Board of Education meetings are currently being held remotely via Zoom. The link to the meeting will be shared via email and posted on the District website home page.
The meeting room will open promptly at 7:30pm; if you log in earlier, you will see a "waiting to begin" message.
The Board of Education typically meets at least once each month (except for July). Meeting agendas may be viewed on our website the Friday prior to a Monday meeting. Additionally, previous meeting agendas and minutes can also be viewed on our website.
Community Participation
The Board welcomes and encourages community participation during Board meetings; there are two public comment opportunities sections on each agenda.
When meetings are held in a virtual format, members of the community who wish to address the Board can submit comments or questions using this form:

The community participation form will open at 7:00pm on Monday before the start of the Board meeting. Members of the community who wish to address the Board during community participation should complete the form by 7:35pm for inclusion in the first participation period, or until the Board President calls for the second participation period. Anonymous comments are not allowed.
The Board is in listening mode during the community participation period, and, when appropriate, will follow up with a response.
