Strategic Plan Refresh: Timeline Update

The current Strategic Plan is set to end at the conclusion of this school year. The District has made substantial progress in implementing the 2024-2027 plan and intends to complete remaining initiatives while evaluating the impact.

This school year, the District will offer opportunities for the community to provide feedback on the 2024-2027 plan in preparation of creating a plan for the 2027-2028 school year. We’ve included a timeline and details of the process below.

October 28: Community Focus Group at Springman Middle School in the Wildcat Commons

The purpose of the focus groups is to gather qualitative feedback about the current 2024–2027 Strategic Plan. Participants will discuss questions related to each area of the plan, including what is working well, what could be strengthened, and what should be considered as we refresh the Strategic Plan. Please RSVP so we know how many participants to anticipate and can plan the activities accordingly.

November 18: Community Focus Group at Lyon School in the PD Room

This session will cover the same questions and activities as the October 28 focus group. Participants only need to attend one of the two sessions. The November 18 session provides an additional opportunity for those who are unable to attend on October 28. Please RSVP so we know how many participants to anticipate and can plan the activities accordingly.

November 2-24

Surveys will be shared with staff, families, and community members in November to gather broader feedback about the current Strategic Plan and priorities for the future.

December 2026 - January 2027

The District will review and analyze data with a group of representatives from across the District (staff, family, community members). Please fill out the form below if you’re interested in being a part of the group to review the data.
