REGISTRATION & RESIDENCY:

  1. Returning student- How do I register for the 2025-26 school year?
  • Log in to your PowerSchool account and click on 2025-26 Registration on the left menu.

 

  1. What if I don’t remember my login details? 
  • Start on the home page & select “forgot username/ password”. An email will be sent to your email with reset instructions.

 

  1. New student- How do I register?
  • If you are new to the District (never attended), please start by going to our website: https://register.glenview34.org/home.
  • Select New Student > Step #1 > complete New Student application.
  • After the New Student Application has been submitted, the student’s original birth certificate must be brought to the District office to be photocopied.
    • District Hours for July 1 through August 4 are: Monday through Thursday, 8 am until 4 pm (Closed on Fridays).

 

  1. What if we attended once, left, and are now returning? I can’t log into my Powerschool account.
  • Please do not create another PowerSchool account. Please email: datasupport@glenview34.org to have your account reactivated. Once it has been reactivated, you will receive an email confirmation.

 

  1. Who needs to complete Residency?
  • New students entering the district
  • Students entering Preschool, Kindergarten, 3rd, and 6th grade
  • Renter’s or those living with Glenview residents.

 

  1. How do I complete Residency?
  • The steps to complete Residency can be found Online 

 

  1. What Documents do I need to prove residency?
  • Renters: Current Valid Lease AND (2) Utility bills (examples: water, gas, electric, garbage, TV/ internet bill).
  • Homeowners: Current Mortgage statement or Current Property Tax bill, AND (2) utility bills (examples: water, gas, electric, garbage, TV/ internet bill).

 

  1. What if I just moved and don’t have bills yet?
  • If you just purchased a home, please provide your closing documents with the name and address listed (not all pages are needed)
  • Two confirmation emails that the utility services have been scheduled or transferred to the new address.

 

  1. What if I live with someone else? How do I prove residency?

 

  1. How do I know if I’ve completed Residency and Registration & paid my fees?
  • Log in to your PowerSchool account. The main screen will list your student(s) names with a green check mark if the process is completed and a red X if it is incomplete.

  1. What about school supplies?
  • A $35 fee has been added to the kindergarten through 5th grade student registration that will cover school supplies. The District will order school supplies for all K-5 students, and classroom sets will be delivered to each classroom.

FEES:

  1. How do I pay fees?
  • Online: If you are logged into your PowerSchool account, click “Pay Fees”. This will redirect you to Efunds, or you can visit Efunds directly. 
  • By Check: Click here to view the fees. Checks can be made payable to: Glenview School District 34

 

  1. How do I apply for a fee waiver? 

 

  1. I turned in my waiver and haven’t heard anything yet.
  • Currently, there is a high volume of applications. Your application will be processed in the order it was received, and you will be notified via email.

 

  1. How do I apply for Free/ Reduced Lunch?
  • The 2025-26 Free/Reduced lunch application is available on our website.

 

HEALTH FORM REQUIREMENTS:

  1. When is my child’s physical form due?
  • All students who are new to Illinois, entering Kindergarten, or entering 6th grade are required to have a current Illinois school health examination form on file.
  • Forms are due by the first day of school.
  • Students who do not have a completed physical form submitted will not be allowed to start school on the first day.
     
  1. When is my child’s dental form due?
  • Students entering Kindergarten, 2nd grade, and 6th grade are required to submit a dental examination form.
  • Dental forms are due by May 15.
     
  1. When is my child’s vision form due?
  • All students entering an Illinois school for the first time in grades 1 through 8, as well as all Kindergarten students, are required to submit a vision examination form.
  • Vision forms are due by October 15.
     
  1. How do I submit health forms?
  • Submit health forms online or in person at the District Office Monday through Thursday.
    • District Hours for July 1 through August 4 are: Monday through Thursday, 8 am until 4 pm (Closed on Fridays).
  1. When is the first day of school?
  • The first day of school for students is August 21, 2025 (full day).
