Serving All Students in Our Schools
As Superintendent Dr. Dane Delli has shared in recent Board meetings (February 13 and May 20), District 34 wishes to withdraw from TrueNorth, the special education cooperative. He shared that over the past six years, D34 has focused on building capacity to support the majority of children within the District and explained that District 34 is paying TrueNorth but does not use its services.
On Tuesday, June 25, the District held an information session for families, staff and the community to learn about our work to educate and support students within our schools, and to ask questions about that work and the withdrawal process.
