Glenview School District 34, will receive sealed bids for: 2021 Referendum Work – Additions & Sitework at Multiple Sites
The Bid Opening will be on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 2:00pm at the Administrative Offices located at 1401 Greenwood, Glenview, IL 60026. At this time, the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via video conference. Viewing instructions will be posted on Glenview School District 34’s website on the 24th day of February 2021. A Bid Security of 10% of the Bid is required with the proposal. The Contractor must pay the Prevailing Wage Rates for all work per Illinois Law.
Bids shall be submitted on or before the specified closing time in an opaque sealed envelope addressed to: Mr. Eric Miller - Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, Glenview School District 34, 1401 Greenwood, Glenview, IL 60026.
Bidders are required to submit an AIA 305-Contractors Qualification statement electronically to Dave Torres – email@example.com prior to bidding document distribution.
There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for all interested bidders. Location and time are as follows:
