The staff members of Glenview District 34 are the most important and valuable resource in realizing our mission of empowering students to be self-directed learners and responsible decision makers. The Human Resources department supports the growth of our students and our staff by:
Recruiting and selecting highly qualified candidates
Providing staff with information and assistance to be successful in their work
Developing opportunities for staff to develop new skills and expand their influence on our district
Helping create a climate that optimizes staff performance and satisfaction
Facilitating a collaborative approach to our work through staff input and leadership
An Award-Winning District that Celebrates its Diversity, Strong Community Involvement, and Comprehensive Approach to Educating our Children
District 34 has a rich history as a high achieving school district that provides a high quality education for our nearly 5,000 students. With over 40 languages spoken in our students’ homes, our nearly 700 staff members work as a team, in partnership with parents and our community, to help our students learn and grow each day.
It is our goal to recruit, select, and retain the best qualified candidates who value collaboration and diversity.
