Facility Rental

If you are looking to rent space in District 34 please fill out the Facility Usage Form and the COVID Addendum with the school and dates you are requesting and send to Corthell McDaniel.  Once a request is initiated, dates and times will be verified with the school. Please be aware, Certification of Insurance of at least $1,000,000 is required to rent our facilities.

Building Fees Per Hour

  • Resident, weekday: $49
  • Resident, weekend: $91
  • Non-resident, weekday: $152
  • Non-resident, weekend: $194

The rate for a second room rate is 50% of the first room.
