Certified staff members work is guided by our Collective Bargaining Agreement. Our contract, known as the D34 Constitution, is a description of the relationship between the teachers, administration and Board. The Constitution maps out how all three groups, working together, can make a difference in students’ lives. The document assumes, and then puts into action, that teachers are professionals and should be treated accordingly.
